We know our products inside and out and are committed to making your experience an enjoyable one. We track our products, order by order, from warehouse to your house and have perfected our system over years of great service. 1. What's your return policy?
   True Fabrications takes pride in the design and quality of our products. We carry a wide selection of products, every one backed by our belief in design, innovation, quality and cost. If by chance any product you receive is not up to your standards, just email us your order number within a week of receiving your shipment and we'll take care of the rest. That's our True pledge.
2. How long will my order take to ship?
   Who doesn't love getting packages in the mail? We understand you are anxious to get your goods so we want to give you accurate estimates for the delivery date. Check out this map showing ground shipping estimates to various parts of the country. We're way up in the Northwest, beautiful Seattle to be exact, so the closer you are, the sooner you'll get it. Want a tracking number? Email us and we'll get back to you right away. We watch every order leave our warehouse and will always make sure every order reaches you on time.
3. Where can I find your products in stores?
   Our products are sold in over 3000 stores nationwide in all 50 states. We're adding new retailers all the time so just call us to find stores in your location.
4. I have a great idea for a product! Who should I contact?
   We welcome suggestions from those who use our products and either know a way to improve them or if you have a creative design all your own. Just email us at products@truefabrications.com and it will be received by our design staff. We will let you know what we think!
5. How do I use this product?

6. Do you have a catalog?
   We do have a catalog for our wholesale customers however the products and prices vary quite a bit.
